Job Position: Administrative Assistant

EYERIDE is looking for an energetic individual with excellent organization skills and a passion for the technology industry.

The scope of responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
-Answering phone calls and directing them to the appropriate department
-Typing documents and filing records
-Organize office and assist associates in ways that optimize daily procedures
-Light Quickbooks and bookkeeping
-Assist with appointment and interview scheduling
-Assist with customer relations
-Assist with incoming and outgoing orders

- Minimum High school Diploma
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- MUST have excellent typing skills (no less than 40 WPM)
- Quickbooks experience not necessary but a plus
- Knowledge of basic Microsoft Works Software
- Bilingual skills are a plus

This is a full-time position.
Our hours are Monday-Friday from 9am-6pm.
Experience is a plus, but not a necessity. We will train you!

Responsibilities include:

  • Answer and direct phone calls

  • Organize and schedule appointments

  • Plan meetings and take detailed minutes

  • Write and distribute email, correspondence memos, letters, faxes and forms

  • Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports

  • Develop and maintain a filing system

  • Update and maintain office policies and procedures

  • Order office supplies and research new deals and suppliers

  • Maintain contact lists

  • Submit and reconcile expense reports

  • Provide general support to visitors

  • Act as the point of contact for internal and external clients

  • Liaise with executive and senior administrative assistants to handle requests and queries from senior managers.


The requirements of the position:

  • Proven experience as an administrative assistant, office admin assistant

  • Knowledge of office management systems and procedures

  • Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, in particular)

  • Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work

  • Attention to detail and problem solving skills

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
