Responsibilities

  • Process all related accounts payable and receivable transactions
  • Assist customers and team members with billing questions
  • Track and Maintain all payments in CRM (subscriptions, invoices, new orders)
  • Create customer subscriptions, invoices and collect payments using EYERIDE’s CRM
  • Manage collections procedures and account updates
  • Activate and Cancel customer accounts, subscriptions, suspensions and cancellations
  • Review invoices and payments on the 1st and 15th of each month

  • Stay up to date with all Zero Usage Reports for payments in terms of AP
