Bookkeeper

We are looking for an ambitious Bookkeeper who will play a fundamental role in leading our financial growth and monitoring all around objectives and transactions. If you leave and breathe numbers then join us!

Responsibilities

  • Process all related accounts payable and receivable transactions
  • Assist customers and team members with billing questions
  • Track and Maintain all payments in CRM (subscriptions, invoices, new orders)
  • Create customer subscriptions, invoices and collect payments using EYERIDE’s CRM
  • Manage collections procedures and account updates
  • Activate and Cancel customer accounts, subscriptions, suspensions and cancellations
  • Review invoices and payments on the 1st and 15th of each month
  • Perform office tasks, such as filing, data entry related to accounting and processing outgoing mail for AP
  • Handle communications with vendors
  • Stay up to date with all Zero Usage Reports for payments in terms of AP
  • Assist with audits and resolving discrepancies throughout EYERIDE’s different platforms
  • Maintain accurate documentation and submit information for customer chargebacks
  • Stay up to date with all journal entries, sales tax, inventory, financial statements and more
  • Assist with payroll processings


Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3 years of accounting experience
  • Minimum 1 year of collections experience
  • Experience planning and implementing accounting strategies
  • Experience working with a CRM system and Quickbooks
  • Strong verbal and written communications skills
